Leslie Drynan, Founder & CEO

Leslie Drynan is a leadership and workplace culture advisor known for her grounded, human-centered approach to change. With more than two decades of leadership experience across public-sector and complex organizational environments, Leslie supports leaders and teams navigating burnout, toxic dynamics, and outdated systems, helping them build healthier, more intentional cultures from the inside out.


As the Founder and CEO of Blacksheep Revival Co., Leslie works as a trusted partner to leaders who know the old way isn’t working but aren’t interested in performative fixes or corporate theatre. Her work is rooted in courage, integrity, and compassion, bridging strategic thinking with deep emotional intelligence and real-world leadership experience.


Leslie’s leadership philosophy is simple but uncompromising: culture is shaped by how people are treated, not by policies alone. She believes sustainable change begins with self-awareness, honest conversations, and the willingness to challenge norms that no longer serve people or performance.
